At both of our Finger Lakes Fit locations, we offer personalized training designed to help you reach your goals faster and with confidence. Our certified trainers create custom workout plans, provide one-on-one guidance, and keep you motivated every step of the way.
At our Penn Yan location, personal training is led by Kristy, who works closely with members to build programs tailored to their individual goals and fitness levels. At our Watkins Glen location, training is led by Matt, who brings hands-on coaching and accountability to help members stay consistent and see results.
Plus, every new member receives a free consultation at signup to assess goals, discuss fitness level, and help you start strong from day one.
